“NEXT LEVEL” - 12 WEEK GYM BASED FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM
This program is for you if:
- You are training in the GYM and have access to machines and free weights
- If you are familiar with strength training and body building style training, and have been training consistently for longer than 1 – 2 years
- You want to increase muscle mass (hypertrophy), decrease body fat and increase strength
- You want your training to go to the next level!
- You want to grow your glutes and legs
- You are competent at the big compound movements- squat, overhead press, deadlift, push ups, chin ups, leg press, hip thrust and dips.
- You have time for a 4-day full body strength training program, plus a 1 day steady state cardio (your choice) with an abdominal circuit finisher.
- You want to follow a structured program that works.
- This program is huge! Recovery is VERY IMPORTANT - you will need excellent nutrition with enough protein, carbohydrates, protein and vegetables, and a lot of sleep.
