Here is the program for you if you want strong legs and round glutes!
- You must have access to a gym with equipment.
- There are 3 lower body, glute focused sessions a week and one cardio session with an abdominal circuit finisher.
- The program is progressively overloaded each month- it comes in 4 weekly blocks.
- You will need a thick booty band for Hip Thrusts and Glute Bridges and a mini band for the smaller glute exercises like donkey kicks and clam shells.
- You determine the weight, I set the exercises, reps and sets. It is ideal to increase the weight every week.
- If you are unsure of an exercise check You Tube for a tutorial and you are welcome to video yourself and email me to check your technique
