How To Create Momentum and Make Lasting Change in your Health, Fitness and Life!

Here is the secret sauce:

The key to lasting change in anything is to write down 3- 5 small action steps to do everyday, make them non-negotiable and just do it! If you are new to eating "healthier" (less processed foods and more home cooking and whole foods) and to exercising on a regular basis, then these 2 things go on your list daily. I call it a "POWER LIST" which I got from listening to @andyfrisella's MFCEO Podcast Episode 107 on "winning the day". If you win the day, your wins add up to winning a week, a month, 6 months and the year! This works.

For example today, I plan to:

1. walk for 45 minutes

2. meal prep for a couple of days (roast chicken, sweet potato and a green vegetable stifry)

3. drink 3L of water

4. write 3 programs for my clients

The list is very specific for the day. I write it down in my diary or a separate book and tick it off as I do it, then at the top of the day when everything is completed I write a "W" for win in my diary, if I don't win I write an "L" for lose. The goal is to win as many days as possible and go all in for myself. It about honoring your word. If you say you are going to do it, then do it -FOR YOU! There is a compounding sense of satisfaction when you do the things you say you are going to do.

So if you are trying to change for the better and everything feels really overwhelming for you, instead of focusing on the huge scary goal that you have had for the last 5 years, (for example losing 20kg), then just focus on winning the day. It chunks everything down, and all the little action steps you do everyday equals getting to your goal at the end of the year, without losing your head.

I have been using it daily over the past 6 months for my training, business and life and my personal productivity and mindset have improved 1000%- this stuff works! Email me for more details or if you have any questions about how to start, I can guide you through it, it's very easy. I challenge you to commit and give it a go for a year- you will love the results.
