GROUP TRAINING

I am currently training groups outdoors for the residents of Zurit, Gilon (and Misgav region), Northern Israel. If you live in this area, I would love for you to come and try a session for free. The sessions are a mix of body weight, strength and cardio training (HIIT). I use TRX, Kettlebells, the battling rope and resistance bands for the strength component. The group is very social, friendly and supportive of beginners. All fitness levels are welcome.

 

Each group is between 4-12 people, bookings essential. I follow the COVID-19 guidelines- please respect social distancing (where possible), bring your own mat, towel, water bottle and hand sanitiser. All equipment is cleaned after every session.

 

The current outdoor group training schedule in Zurit is:

  • Sunday 20:00

  • Monday 6:30 & 19:00

  • Tuesday 20.30

  • Wednesday 6:30 & 19:00

  • Thursday 20.00

  • Friday 6:30

If any of these times do not suit you, I am available for private 1-1 or 2-1 coaching on Friday only.
